These sites are great to connect us with our future guests. In fact, that’s how a lot of our guests find us at first. However, whether you’re a new guest or a returning one, you can benefit from booking directly with us:
* Best Price Guarantee: you will always find the best price when booking on our website because you avoid listing site fees which can be 5-10% off your stay.
* Best payment terms: sites like Airbnb require 100% payment at time of booking regardless of how far out you book. We offer 2 – 50% installments when booking more than 60 days in advance.
* Return Guest Discount: for our return guests, we offer additional discounts on your nightly rental rate. No blackout dates.
* Direct Contact: you will always speak directly to us via email or phone.

All payments are processed directly on our booking website via a secure payment processor (Stripe). This means your credit card details are never shared directly with us nor anyone else.
We require a 50% down payment due upon the time of booking and then the remaining 50% balance due 60 days prior to the start date of your trip. The second installment will automatically withdraw 60 days prior to the check-in date from the credit card on file. All reservations made within 60 days to the start of the reservation will require payment in full to complete the booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend reserving quickly as it books up fast!
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $300. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
* 95% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 90 days before check-in.
* 75% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 60 days before check-in.
* 50% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 60 days before check-in.
* No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
* We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 60 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Note: We try our best to accommodate special requests to time adjustments. However, our properties require a FULL 5+ hour clean to ensure our high standards are met which may prevent us from accommodating an adjustment.
As much as we love pets, we do not allow any pets at our vacation homes whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!
For permitting and licensing reasons, our property max occupancy must not be exceeded at any point without the prior consent of Wisconsin Getaways. Exceeding the capacity is grounds for immediate contract termination without refund.
Yes, all properties have unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. The speed varies at each property but in general are the highest speeds offered at each location.
Unfortunately, published rates are non-negotiable. Booking direct through this website will always have the best pricing over all other platforms. We do discount heavily during the winter months and last-minute stays.
