THE LAKE IS PART OF THE HOME
Walk through the front door and Lake Michigan appears through the floor-to-ceiling picture window. The water remains in view as the group moves through the living areas, gathers for meals and steps onto the elevated deck.

MAIN LEVEL — COOK, DINE AND GATHER
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is arranged for group meals and easy entertaining. A large island seats four, the main dining table seats eight, and the open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the great room and lake-view deck.
The front living room creates the home’s first dramatic water view. A second gathering area adds a large sectional, TV, cozy throws and patio doors leading to the deck, giving the group another comfortable place to reconnect without feeling crowded.

UPPER BEDROOM — A FLEXIBLE FAMILY SPACE
The upper bedroom is especially well suited to siblings, cousins or one family unit. It includes two queen beds and one twin daybed, along with a TV, chair, dresser, floating shelves, closet, exposed beam and two skylights with remote-controlled blinds.
There is no bathroom on the upper level; guests use one of the three full bathrooms on the lower levels.

The heated indoor pool turns Drift + Dune into a true four-season destination. The pool room includes lounge seating, pool toys, float storage, beach towels and the custom Drift + Dune mural. A nearby pool bathroom is arranged as a wet room with an open shower, sink and toilet.
The game room gives every generation a reason to join in. Challenge the group to Super Chexx Bubble Hockey, tee off on Golden Tee or race head-to-head on the arcade driving game. A large TV, couch and standing pub table give spectators a comfortable place to watch, cheer and relax between rounds. Two washer-and-dryer sets are also located here for practical convenience during longer stays.
For a quieter pace, the separate Gathering Room offers seating for 10, a TV, wet bar, sink and beverage refrigerator. It is an inviting place for puzzles, cards, reading or conversation while another part of the group swims or plays.

The elevated composite deck runs along the lake side of the home, with cable railing, outdoor dining for eight and additional lounge seating. It is equally suited to sunrise coffee, a slow family breakfast or dinner above the shoreline.
